What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

All our products are delivered Free of Charge and completely free when ordered in your in the UK and EU countries. If you have a question before purchasing whether we can deliver to your country, please contact us at sterlingsilvercharms.co.uk@gmail.com

What payments methods do you accept?

We accept all payment methods online. From PayPal to Stripe and direct bank transfers. You don’t need a PayPal account to purchase, just enter your Credit Card on Paypal Checkout.

How long will delivery take?

On average you will receive your items within 14 days  (in most cases 7 days).

Deliveries can take from 5 days to 40 days. We deal directly with the supplier who actually creates the Sterling Silver Charms. Some of the charms have to be created and then shipped to your location. Depending on where you are the maximum it can take is 40 days. We will supply you with a unique tracking code so you can track the location of your order at any time.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if your order is late.

How secure is it shopping on your website? am I data protected?

We hold no Credit Card or Debit card data. When you use PayPal the information you provide is with the payment merchant who then pays us.

We strictly do not share your information outside this website. All information that you provide is in the strictest confidence, and our website is 100% secure.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an email about your order. Within 24 hours, you will also get information about your tracking, so you can keep updated when your Charms will arrive.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

All orders will receive an invoice and tracking number.

Can I leave a review of my product?

Yes, we encourage it. There are many reviews on most products and of course some products have just come on to the website, so we need more reviews. All we ask is that you are fair and give an honest review.

Reviews are only open to customers that have actually purchased a Charm from us. We always advise any potential buyer to read the reviews of the product first before making an order.

I hate my product. Can I have a refund?

That’s life, it happens. We will supply you with the details of where to send back the item, and we will then process your refund that day.
